Master data loading very slow

Hi Experts,

I am very new to SCN so please redirect me to the correct group,if its not the correct place to raise my question.

I have one asset master data Info Object,which is having some time dependent attributes.

I am following 7.0 data model for loading it.

The DTP which is loading data to this IO is very slow and when I analyzed the log for this,I came to know that most of the time its consuming while checking the time dependent attributes.sometime more then 1.5 hours for 1 data package(50,000 records).

My data source(0ASSET_ATTR_TEXT), does not support parallel extraction.So its loading in sequential mode only.

Now is there any way to speed up the DTP load?

Also is my understanding is correct that since we are using time dep attributes,it will be slow.

We have to load close 50,000,000 records in asset master.

Any suggestion to boost up the data load will be highly appriciated.
