We have upgraded MDM system from MDM 7.1 SP05 to MDM 7.1 SP10. We are using MDM Web dynpro components and MDM web service in CE 7.2 .
while deploying the MDMJ71010_240-10006189.SCA file on CE server we got the deployment aborted.with follwoing error.
Deploying [sap.com_com.sap.mdm.tech.connector (sda)] ... Deployment of [sap.com_com.sap.mdm.tech.connector (sda)] finished.
com.sap.engine.services.dc.gd.DeliveryException: [ERROR CODE DPL.DC.3297] An error occurred during deployment of [sdu id: [sap.com_com.sap.mdm.tech.connector] sdu file path: [I:\usr\sap\D77\J00\j2ee\cluster\server0\.\temp\tc~bl~deploy_controller\archives\2199\MDMJ71010_240-10006189_SCA1387198676203\DEPLOYARCHIVES\com.sap.mdm.tech.connector.sda] version status: [HIGHER] deployment status: [Admitted] description: [] ]. Cannot update it.

Cannot deploy resource adapter "com.sap.mdm.tech.connector.rar". -> Policy configuration "MDM Factory" does not exist in security context "SAP-J2EE-Engine" for connector "MDM Factory" in application "null".
2. Exception has been returned while the [sap.com/com.sap.mdm.tech.connector] was starting. Warning/Exception :[][ASJ.dpl_ds.006153 Error occurred while starting application [sap.com/com.sap.mdm.tech.connector]: It is not started successfully on server nodes [1127050]. In order to bring the server in consistent state stop operation will be performed.
Error occurred on server 1127050 during startApp of sap.com/com.sap.mdm.tech.connector : com.sap.engine.services.connector.exceptions.BaseDeploymentException: Cannot bind "MDM Factory".

And also application side we are getting error as " Error while invocation the WS "
Need you help for the succesfull deployment of MDM package on CE.
